OA is maintain Death Relief Fund, This arrangement is made to help the grieved legal heirs of members of our association. In case of unforeseen eventuality, to protect the legal heirs of the members of our association we made arrangement with bank the scheme called Death Relief Fund.
Under this scheme, OA is collecting through bank salary deduction Rs.100/- from each officer comrades who are the members of the association irrespective of the cadres and collected amount will be handed over to the legal heirs of the members.
In addition to the above, KVBOA is paying Rs.50,000/- (Fifty thousand only) as a death relief to the grieved legal heirs of members whose subscription are regular. Further in order to meet any urgent expenditure, an amount of Rs.10,000/- from pending claim can be released to the grieved family members of the member. One of the comrades who are nearby are handing over Rs.10,000/- to the legal heirs of the members. For this Rs.0.50 lacs provisioned in the books of association.
Receipts and other documents such as death certificate are collected at the earliest for our record.
